These terms cover use of this website only. They are not your construction contract. Your construction contract must separately carry Washington's required “Notice to Customer” disclosure for residential work over $1,000 and the statutory lien-rights notice.
About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you agree to them. They do not govern any construction work — that is covered by the written contract you sign before work begins.
Information on this site is an estimate, not an offer
Prices, ranges, timelines and specifications shown here are typical figures for Puget Sound projects, published to help you plan. They are not a quote and not a binding offer. Actual price and schedule depend on your site, your existing structure, jurisdiction, material lead times and finish selections, and are set only in a written quote we prepare after a site visit.
Permit and code information
We publish information about Washington and local building, energy and permitting requirements because it genuinely affects what you can build. Codes change and jurisdictions interpret them differently. Nothing here is a substitute for a determination by the building department with authority over your property.
Photography
Images on this site depict the types of structures we build. Where a photograph is not one of our own completed projects it is labelled as representative. Photographs are not a warranty of materials, dimensions or finishes on any particular project.
Licensing
We are a registered general contractor in the State of Washington. Our registration number appears in the footer of every page, and you can verify it with the Department of Labor & Industries. Electrical work is performed by a separately licensed Washington electrical contractor.
Submitting the estimate form
Submitting the form asks us to contact you about a project. It does not create a contract or reserve a place in our schedule. By submitting it you confirm the information is accurate and that you are the property owner or authorised to act for them.
Warranty
Warranty terms — ours on workmanship and the manufacturer's on materials — are set out in your construction contract and delivered in writing at completion. No warranty is created by anything on this website.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent Washington law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on information published here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Venue for any dispute is King County, Washington.
