This is a reasonable starting point for a Washington home-improvement contractor, not legal advice. Washington's My Health My Data Act and the CCPA can both reach small businesses depending on data volume and revenue. Get it reviewed.

What we collect

When you submit our estimate form we collect your name, phone number, email address, city, project type, timeframe and any notes you write. If you call or email us, we keep a record of that correspondence.

Our web server keeps standard access logs including IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamp. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

To contact you about the estimate you requested
To schedule and carry out a site visit
To prepare a quote, pull permits and perform the work
To keep records required of a licensed Washington contractor

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with lead-generation services or marketing companies. We do not send marketing email unless you explicitly ask to hear from us.

Who we share it with

We share only what a job requires, and only with parties working on your project: subcontractors such as electricians and concrete crews, the manufacturer supplying your structure, our permit consultant, and the building department reviewing your permit. If you apply for financing, your information goes to the lender you choose, and their privacy policy governs from that point.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. Your browser may store an unsent estimate-form draft locally on your own device so you don't lose it if you navigate away. That draft never leaves your browser, and clearing your site data removes it.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests that don't become projects are kept for two years. Records for completed projects are kept as long as Washington law and our insurance require, which is generally at least six years.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we'll honour that request unless we're legally required to keep a record. Email info@nwpatioenclosures.com or call (206) 555-0123.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
