How We Work

What We Put in Writing

We are a licensed Washington general contractor. These are commitments in your contract, not slogans.

Licensed, bonded & insured · WA L&I Reg. #UNIQUDC755LP

Engineered and permitted

Your drawings are stamped by a Washington-licensed structural engineer for local snow and wind loads, and we pull the permit in your jurisdiction. Manufacturers ship generic national engineering; most cities here reject it.

A fixed price before we start

You get an itemized, fixed-price quote after the site visit. The number in the contract is the number you pay. Anything that changes it is a written change order you approve first.

Two warranties, both written

The manufacturer’s warranty covers the structure and glazing. Ours covers the installation — the slab, the attachment to your house, and the flashing that keeps the rain out.
